Staying Simple

Hello Magestic Creatures of the world!! 

Today, we went to watch "Brave", the movie, and it was AWESOME!! I was basically the oldest in the theater, but the one that laughed the most! It is another great Pixar film. I definitely recommend it.

Yesteday, I was looking for what to wear in my endless closet (you could find Narnia there...) and TACHANNN found this pretty orange dress. I've always been obsessed with it, but basically forgot about it and when I found it... I couldn't believe my eyes, I still had it :O (I was literally jumping on one leg)  I just love it!!! haha so I wore it <3. Of course, I couldn't help it but show it to you too ;)

Tomorrow is a holiday in Spain so everyone is a little bit "overexcited". But don't get me wrong, I still love to make plans for holidays. Soo tomorrow I will be going out  to take some pics with my sister and maybe we will all be going to the beach afterwards!! SO EXCITING haha

Charles River

As you guys can see, we have been taking well advantage of the awesome weather and sunny days. Angela and Virginia went to NYC, Manuel and I went to the river, and tomorrow we will all go to some islands off the coast of Boston.

These pictures were taken by the Charles River. It is seriously one of the best places you can spend warm days at, in Boston, sunbathing and submerging your feet in the water.

This is our last week together in Boston, until September. Angela and I will be going back home for a while, to spend the rest of the summer with our families and friends. Don't worry, we will still keep you posted from there ;)

My friend finally arrived from Venezuela, and we have been running errands, shopping, and eating out this whole week! Just in case you were wondering why we hadn't posted in so long.

We were about to leave to visit some apartments for him, but the minute we stepped out the door, we decided to go back and look for the camera because the weather was beautiful. These were some of the pictures we just took. I wanted to post them before leaving the house, because I really liked the outcome.

By the way, you might remember Manuel from out first posts. I LOVE HIM!

Playing Along

Hi Beautiful girls!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend :) My friend from Spain, Virginia, is arriving very soon to Boston and I couldn't be more excited!!!! So I spend the whole weekend cleaning and finishing my homework for the week ;) 

Yesterday, we went out for dinner, with our friend Marwan, to this awesome Turkish restaurant. It was the perfect opportunity to wear my new high heels and purse <3 I was sooo tall, I felt like a skyscraper. It was so much fun!!

Hi ladies,

this is a quick post I'm doing before going to class. We took these pictures some hours ago after having lunch and walking around our neighborhood.

I'm wearing pretty much all of my closet obsessions at the moment:

1) My awesome Prada inspired creepers. If you follow us on Facebook, you know I ADORE this model, and I was able to find them at SoYouShoes for waaay less money.

2) My new Peter Pan collar white shirt. I love it so much, today was my third time wearing it this week. Oh, and my favorite part: it's called "I would like you for my own". How cute?

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Some of you must think I'm weird but...some weeks ago, I tried my first Rhubarb crisp EVER. I automatically fell in love with it and had to order a second one right away. It's like heaven in your mouth!

For those of you who haven't heard of this dessert before, it's very similar to a strawberry pie, but the top layer is made out of granola and oatmeal (the crisp), and is then topped with a scoop of ice-cream. This is how it looks.

For some reason this dress reminds me of the Strawberry Rhubarb. Maybe because of the color? I love red dresses (and rhubarb). I think they're sexy and fun, and this one is perfect for the summer... especially since it's been way too hot in Boston and it's made out of a sheer material.

Around Boston

Since Angela's sister is here, we've been taking her around Boston. This weekend we spent all our time shopping (Semi-anual sales everywhere), eating out, going to the movies, and getting pampered at the nail salon. Our wallets need a little break today, so we'll probably just walk around, and come back home to cook.

This shirt, bag and bracelet are three things I got on the mail this week, and can't take off. I just love the combination of blue with neon yellow. I literally wore the bag and bracelet every day of the week!

I hope you guys are having an awesome Father's Day. I wish I could spend time with my dad today, but he's too far away :(
